Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Force Majeure, including Infectious Diseases and Natural Disasters

1. Cancellation due to Infectious Diseases

If the competition is cancelled at the request of the national or local government, or based on the judgment of the competition organizers, we will refund the participation fee paid, minus a partial expense fee of 3,000 JPY (for administrative and bank transfer fees).

2. Cancellation due to Force Majeure such as Natural Disasters

If the competition is cancelled by the decision of the organizers due to force majeure, such as a natural disaster, we will refund the participation fee paid, minus a partial expense fee of 3,000 JPY (for administrative and bank transfer fees).

3. Withdrawal or Non-participation by the Participant

If a participant withdraws or chooses not to participate for their own personal reasons, or based on the judgment of the participant or their instructor due to force majeure (such as natural disasters), the participation fee already paid will not be refunded.

4. Expenses Not Covered by the Refund

The refund is limited to the amount specified above. We are not responsible for any other expenses, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and costume costs.

5. Cancellation by the Organizers

If the competition is cancelled due to circumstances on the part of the organizers, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
